Covid-19 measurements

Dear clients,
We thank you for your interest in our establishment and for the confidence you have shown in us.
Given the exceptional health circumstances we are going through, we wanted to share the following information with you.
First of all, know that to date our establishment does not have to report any proven case of contamination with Covid-19, whether it is our customers or ourselves.

Until further notice, the Clos Saint-Martin (the 2 lodgings and the garden) is only accessible to its tenants and its owners.
Our establishment is therefore open and, unless there are other official instructions, we welcome you under the following conditions because your safety, like ours, is our priority:

Tenants' code of conduct:
In order to prevent the spread of the virus, we ask that you:
- Respect social distances with other tenants as well as with owners,
- Respect the wearing of masks in common areas, that is to say the garden and the entrance porch (if you do not have one, we can provide it),
- Watch your children carefully to respect social distancing and avoid interactions.

Owners code of conduct:
We are strengthening our hygiene measures with the same requirements as for tenants (3 points above).

Current house cleaning procedures:
Our cleaning procedures are coupled with disinfection procedures according to the following commitments:

    • All rooms are ventilated 20 minutes before any cleaning procedure and all windows are open during all cleaning operations,

    • We carry out a methodical washing of our hands before and after each cleaning,

    • We clean all the surfaces present in the gîte using traditional detergents so as to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. Once the surfaces are clean, we apply a disinfectant. The whole is wiped and we use new rags for each cleaning of the gîte after the departure of a client.These rags are subjected to intensive washing at a very high temperature after each cleaning of the gîte.

    • Using disinfectants, we pay particular attention to frequently touched surfaces such as switches, door handles, remote controls and tap handles (see, at the bottom of this page *, all the other elements regularly disinfected in our establishment ),

    • All household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels) is washed at the highest recommended temperature.All these textiles are then put aside for at least 48 hours.

    • Our vacuum cleaners are emptied after each cleaning.
